We deliver the bare part or the finished sub-assembly: inserts, snap-fit assembly, screwing, ultrasonic welding, marking, inspection, packaging. Manual or automatic assembly depending on the project, either straight off the press or on a dedicated station. We work with you to define the station suited to your volumes.

In practice
How it works
You send us
A 3D file, ideally (otherwise a 2D drawing, or simply an existing part). To quote quickly, please let us know if possible:
- the material you want;
- the part's weight or volume;
- the mold dimensions, so we can check it fits one of our presses (40T to 800T);
- any assembly or finishing operations needed (inserts, snap-fit assembly, screwing, ultrasonic welding, marking, inspection, packaging);
- the annual volumes you expect.
You receive a quote
Part price, mold price if it needs to be built, and lead time, stated in the quote itself. If the part can be made cheaper with a different material or with regrind, we'll tell you.
Trials and validation
Your own mold: we mount it, run trials and send you sample parts. New mold: built by our partner mold maker, then trials — timelines stated in the quote.
Series production
Bare parts or assembled sub-assemblies, produced to the quality you specify and checked against your drawing. Packaging to your requirements, collection from Borș or delivery, in Romania as well as the rest of the EU.
